The Performance Academy 2023-2024 Fall & Winter Boys Advanced Offensive & Defensive Group Lacrosse Training runs in 3-week cycles to support the multisport athlete, busy schedules and provides a training option for offensive and defensive players who are looking to prepare for their 2024 spring championship season.
All training sessions are run by PLL coaches and focus on advanced drills and skill work that will lead to competitive play each training session. Such as even and uneven situations that translate directly to actual play. All sessions will have individual positional work as well as team play.
Anyone can do reps, footwork, hit the wall, etc. but without proper form, technique, and understanding the “why” in a competitive environment or under pressure you’re not going to be successful come gameday.
