Great Valley
League: Chest-Mont League
Head Coach: Jon Knowles – Head Coach 1st Season at Great Valley, 11th Season Overall, 98-64 Career Record @ Scranton Prep/Marywood University. Assistant: Tim Snee – 1st Season
Opener: Fri March 17th vs Upper Merion
Key Returners: Gavin Rhodes (Jr.), Jack Deegan (Jr.), Tim Matthews (Sr.), Davis Reilly (So.), Nick Pelliccotta (Sr.)
Key Newcomers: Jake MacArthur (So.), Thomas Lavin (Fr.), Karsten Blum (Fr.)
Coach Outlook: “We look to capitalize on the momentum from last season’s team making the District playoffs and hope to exceed those expectations this year. With a core group of returners and some good, young talent we will look to be competitive in both the league and district. The schedule is very tough this season and will help us get to playing speed needed to get the program to the next level.”

West Chester Rustin

Jake Law – Def – 12th (Towson)
Jake Jackson – Att – 12th (York)
Antonio Santangelo – Att – 12th (Cabrini)
Billy Carney – G – 12th (Catholic)

Jack O’Hora – Att – 11th
Gavin Seaman – Def – 11th
Nate Pechin – Mid – 10th
Top Newcomers:
Evan Montgomery – Def – 11th
Jake Purcell – Mid – 11th
Danny Batchelor – Mid – 11th
Pat Maychak – LSM – 10th
Brady Founds – LSM – 10th
Ryan Loper – Mid – 10th
Outlook: “The 2022 season was the best in school history but we felt that we came up short of our expectations. While we lost some key contributors, we return our entire starting offense from last season, as well as several defensemen, and one of the top goalies in the area. We have several younger players looking to step into important roles for us this season, as well as a strong freshman class with many players who will have a chance to grow into contributors as the season goes on. Our goals for this season are to win West Chester, compete for the Chesmont and District 1AA titles, and earn a berth to the state playoffs for the first time.”
