The Florida women’s lacrosse team officially announced the addition of defender Maria Pansini (Agnes Irwin) to the program as a graduate transfer today.
Pansini, the Phillylacrosse.com Co-Player of the Year in 2018, spent her undergraduate career at Princeton, where she competed in 34 games for the Tigers. She will use her final year of eligibility with the Gators.
Pansini was an All-Ivy League Honorable Mention pick in 2022 when she started in 16 games for the Tigers and collected 17 groundballs, 10 caused turnovers and five points (3G, 2A).
At Princeton, she earned her undergraduate degree in psychology.
