Two Philly players – Agnes Irwin’s Mairyn Dwyer and Radnor’s Colin French – were named as Mid-Atlantic Players of the Week by Lacrosse Magazine.

The sophomore midfielder scored four goals and had two assists, five ground balls, and four draw controls in the Owls’ 9-8 win over Archbishop Carroll. The victory for the now 3-0 Owls snapped the Patriots’ 33-game winning streak. Agnes Irwin was ranked No. 9 in the latest Lacrosse Magazine National poll.
The senior attackman scored five goals in a 15-7 win over Malvern Prep. The game matched up last year’s 3A state champion Raptors with the defending 2022 Inter-Ac champions. He also had a goal and three assists in a 14-0 win over Harriton. The Lehigh signee had 49 goals last year.
