Why did you choose Drexel? “I chose Drexel because I loved the coaches and the lacrosse team. I was also impressed with the opportunities available through the Co-Op program. Drexel’s campus in downtown Philly has great architecture, and it’s home to many sports teams. Also, my brother is a freshman lacrosse player there, and I’m excited to play lacrosse with him again.”
Who do you wish to thank for helping you achieve this honor? “I’d like to thank my Orange Crunch coaches Steve Scaramuzzino and Jamie Archer, and my (former) St. Ignatius High School coaches Chris Packard, Pete Langkammerer, and Ryan Carter. I’d also like to thank Coach BJ Grill. I would especially like to thank my dad Jon Porter who was my first lacrosse coach, and my family for always supporting me. Thanks to my brother Jack for wanting me to come to Drexel!”
