High School Sharp Shooting and Dynamic Dodging Training | Winter 2023
Our Blue Ox Lacrosse dodging and shooting program will push an athlete to develop and perfect five key components to being a dynamic offensive player. Each component listed below will be covered throughout our six (6) week course on dynamic individual offensive play.

High School Lockdown Defensive Training | Winter 2022
Our Blue Ox Lacrosse lockdown defensive program will push an athlete to compete against local offensive players at their level of play. Defensive components will be covered in each session over our six (6) week course. *This will be a demanding program and ONLY 10 defensive players will be permitted into the training. Each week will provide a new challenge.

High School Goalie Training | Winter 2023
This Blue Ox Goalie Training Program will push an athlete to develop and perfect the 5 key Components to playing goalie. Goalies in the program will be taught the five components day one and will work on each to become a complete goalie throughout our six (6) week course. The first hour of every training session will focus on position specific drills and skills and the last half hour will put they learned in the session to the test against LIVE shooters of the same age. The training sessions will incorporate challenging drills both physically and mentally to push each goalie to strive for greatness. Drills consist of footwork, stick work, and hand eye coordination. The five key components are listed to the right.
