How do you define leadership? “I define leadership as someone that tries to make themselves and those around them better on and off the field. I do my best to live by this in order to be a good example to my peers and those younger than me.”
How do you balance academics, service, and athletics? “Giving back to your community and doing well in school is easy when you incorporate it with something you love, and for me that’s lacrosse. Fundraising for amazing foundations such as Harlem Lacrosse and HEADstrong was a no brainer, it also allowed me to create new relationships with some great people. After practice I make sure to get some homework and studying in, as well as time to be around my family and friends.”
What are your future goals? “I plan on majoring in marketing at the Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University. I have always been interested in sports marketing and SJU is known for its marketing program. Whether it is through my major or through coaching, I want to stay involved with the sport of lacrosse. I love the city of Philadelphia and want to stay in the area for years to come.”
