The Patriot League announced the season’s first men’s lacrosse weekly awards with Lafayette junior LSM Sean Rushton (Malvern Prep) earning Defensive Player of the Week honors.
Rushton scored an early goal in the hard-fought loss at Penn State to give the Leopards an early 2-1 lead, just his second goal of his career.

The Leopards are back in action Saturday at VMI before the home opener on Feb. 19 against Sacred Heart.
