Upper Merion

Coach: Angie Yanocha- 17th Season As Head Coach
2021 record: PAC Frontier Champs, Round 1 Aaa District Playoffs- Loss To Penncrest, 9-1 Pac Frontier, 11-4 Overall

Returning Starters:
Olivia Smith- 10, Attack
Julianna Callison, 11, Midfield
Ashley Evitts, 11, Midfield
Brooke Olsen, 11, Attack
Samantha Walmsley- 10, Midfield
Julia Newby- 11, Defense

Coach’s Outlook: “After graduating half of our varsity team from last season, we are a young team that lacks varsity experience. our goal right now is to work on team chemistry and rebuild from last season.”

Spring-Ford

League: Pioneer Athletic Conference

Coaches: Kristi Holstein Head Coach 2005-2008 and 2019-current, Assistant Coach 2004, 2013-2018; Assistant Coaches: Rosie Ward, Megan Mozi and Lauren Hughes
Last year’s records: League 9-4, Overall 11-5

Returning Players:
Senior Alyssa Mozi – Mid (Boston University -Lacrosse), Senior Emma Sowers – Attack (Gardner-Webb University – Lacrosse), Senior- Defense Morgan Pizzi, Junior – Defense Mia Mitchell, sophomore – Goalie Ilyana Jones

Coach’s Outlook: “We are very excited for this season. With only 5 Varsity starters and a deep younger talent we are working hard together to improve our skills and push one another to be better.”
