Want to dial your sticks in, get in shape and be better prepared for the upcoming spring season? If so, BPG Sports and Performance Academy is excited to offer Preseason Elite Boys High School Lacrosse Training at Chase Fieldhouse in Wilmington.

All sessions will be run by Todd MacFarlane, current Redwoods LC Assistant Coach in the PLL. Coach MacFarlane has worked with All-Conference, All- Americans, All-Pro and All-World players for more than 20 years and is excited to prepare you for the upcoming season.

All sessions start with a dynamic warm up that leads into lacrosse specific training. The second portion of each training session will focus on conditioning, footwork, and endurance.
