Registration is open for the Pocono Draw 7v7 Girls Lacrosse Tournament on Saturday, Nov. 13 at Pleasant Valley High School in Brodheadsville.
Tournament Format:
Tournament has one Central Clock; all games will be 25-minute running time.
Levels: 5/6, 7/8, High School A and High School B
Format: 7 v 7; 7 field players, 1 goalie
Field size will be shortened
Guaranteed four (4) games
Teams must play at the level of their oldest player
A round robin or tournament format will be used, depending on the number of teams in the division.
Games are played rain or shine.

Tournament Fee: $325.00/per team – See registration form.
To register your team(s):
Fill out one registration form for each team that you wish to enter.
Send registration and deposit for each team ASAP. First-come, first-served based on postmark date. Once brackets are full, teams will be placed on a waiting list.
Email confirmation will be sent. No reservations will be taken by email.
Return balance due by October 23rd along with a waiver form for each player & Coach.
Check in on the day of the tournament with FINAL roster no later than one hour before your first game.

Eligibility Guidelines:
Athletes can play up a division, but not down – NO EXCEPTIONS! Violation will result in team disqualification.
Athletes may be rostered and play on only one team in any grade level. An athlete may be rostered and play on two teams at different levels (example: Jr. High A and HS B) with the understanding that schedule conflicts may occur.
Grade levels are for the current school year (2021-22). Absolutely no high school graduates may participate.
Maximum 15 players per roster
7 field players, 1 goalie
$100.00 Deposit due prior to September 20, 2021
$325.00 Payment in full required by October 23, 2021
$300.00 Early Registration, if deposit received by August 30, 2021
Registration Form & Deposit are due ASAP – First come, first served.
Preliminary Rosters and Payment Balance are due October 23, 2021
Final Rosters Due at Tournament prior to first game
Preliminary Rosters will be used to seed the brackets – please include experience information. We reserve the option to reassign “A” and “B” status for level competition based on team experience. If severe weather conditions force us to completely cancel the tournament, each team will receive a refund of their fee. We reserve the right to make reasonable arrangements to accommodate the tournament if severe weather conditions do not allow use of our outdoor facility and we can move forward with an indoor format. We reserve the right to retain payment from a team if that team withdraws and no team is available to replace in bracket. If replacement is available, full refund will be made less $20 administration fee.
