League: Henlopen Conference

Coaches: Lindsey Underwood-5th season as head coach, 42-3 record as head coach,  Assistants Leigh Rupar and Bruce Leibu

2019 Record: The team went 15-0 including wins over South River (MD), Queen Anne’s Count (MD)  and won our 11th straight state Championship

Key Players: Emily Monigle-Senior Midfielder, Ella Risko-Jr-Midfield (VT commit), Kelly Bragg-Jr Midfield (Mount St Mary’s Commit)

Others to watch: senior Goalie Destiny Kusen and Senior Defender Jocelyn Leach 

Coach’s Outlook for 2021: “We will have the youngest team in recent history with 6 Freshman on the Varsity roster. The team is working hard to come together and play with a purpose in each game.  We have a tough in state schedule again this year, playing multiple teams who were in the state tournament in 2019.

“The team has come together and put on a 4 week clinic series this spring for lacrosse players in grades K-8 since they lost their season last year as well. “

Coaches: Feffie Barnhill – 5 years at Ursuline, 12 years with Tower Hill, 20 years with College of William & Mary

Meghan Cobb – Assistant 3 years Ursuline, Univ of Vermont player

Mark Monahan – Volunteer coach, parent of Rory defensive player, Director of Green Turtle Lacrosse, Life-long player

2019 Record: DIAA state semi-finalist

Key Players: Lexi Goff, Lilli Rice, Hope Kenney, Audrey String, Chloe Jones, Sophia Shroyer, Ragan Odel

Coach’s Outlook for 2021: “COVID has allowed a young team to mature to a seasoned top 14 athletes.  Our 2021 team will play fast and score tons of goals.  Our defense is a veteran group of seniors and juniors, who have all played together for 3 seasons.  An exciting young goalkeeper will surprise all the competitors.”
