Coach’s Outlook for 2021: “This year will be a rebuilding year for us at WA, we lost 12 seniors and have a bunch of kids new to the sport his year.”
Crestwood High School (Mountain Top, PA)
League: Wyoming Valley Conference (PIAA District 2)
Coaches: Head Coach: Brian Zabroski going in to 6th Season with Crestwood with an overall record of 82-31. He is assisted by Roderick DeLarosa, Jay Popson and Ryan Magin
2019 Record & Accomplishments: 18 wins & 6 Losses. Lost to Bishop Shanahan in PIAA State Semi-Final Game to end 2019 season.

Coach’s Outlook: “Following a disappointing cancellation of the 2020 season where we graduated 12 seniors, we were fortunate to be able to play in a 2020 summer tournament to allow those boys to play together one more time. The 2021 team is welcoming several new athletes that will be new to the game but are working hard on their individual skills and are viewing the regular season as a steady climb to be as strong as possible going in to district playoffs in May. If we learned anything last season it is you can’t take anything for granted and we are going to enjoy every game that we have the opportunity to play this year.”

Coach’s Outlook 2021: “WPHS Men’s Lacrosse trained over zoom during the pandemic. We used our homes and what we had around us to stay In shape as we looked forward to the season. We met in chat twice a week to touch base about our academic progress, Team building, Q&A, and study hall for everyone whether we were failing a class or passing our classes. This pandemic helped us grow as a team we are looking for to this season.”
