West Chester East
League: Chesmont
Coaches: Head Coach Matt McCormick, Assistant Coaches Mike Dunn, Nate Bauer and Todd MacFarlane
Key Players: “Seniors Seth Cohen and Aidan Long will lead the Vikings on the offensive and defensive ends respectively. They are accompanied by seniors Eric Bechtel, Sam Pfaff, Luke Palsgrove, David Pawnall, Cole Cuccinotta and Gavin Caton.”
Others to Watch: “The Vikings class of 2024 has five players that will see significant minutes this Spring, as well as a strong Junior Class with contributors on both ends of the field.”
Coach’s Outlook for 2021: “As a first year Coach at West Chester East, I am eager to see our boys begin competing against area teams as we kickoff with Harriton, Radnor, Great Valley and Marple Newtown. Our goal is to get as much playing experience as possible leading into Spring Break so we are best prepared to face tough Chesmont rivals throughout April and May. With several senior leaders, a talented freshmen class and a robust group of sophomores and juniors, the boys are competing daily and preparing to hit the ground running.”
