All-South Jersey Phillylacrosse Boys’ Team 2021

Phillylacrosse.com honors these players from South Jersey for their performances in the 2021 scholastic season

Player of the Year: St. Augustine Prep senior faceoff specialist Nick Casano, who earned USA Lacrosse All-American and helped the Hermits reach the Non-Pubic A semifinals by winning 154 of 207 faceoffs (74 percent).

Coach of the Year: St. Augustine Prep’s JC Valore, who guided the Hermits to a 10-5 season that included a trip to the Non-Public A semifinals and a win over Philly power Academy of the New Church.

Attack
Ryan Demato, St. Augustine, Jr
– Helped Hermits reach Non-Public A semifinals … Had 30 goals.
Finn Morgan, Haddonfield, Jr. – USA Lacrosse All-American and SJ Coaches Co-Player of the Year … Helped Haddons reach SJ Group 1 quarterfinals … Had 50 goals …. Committed to Delaware.
Pat Grimley, Ocean City, Fr. – Helped Red Raiders win SJ Group 3 championship … Had 54 goals, 26 assists.
Mario Leone, Clearview Jr. – Helped Pioneers reach SJ Group 3 semifinals … Had 54 goals, 16 assists.
Sam Phillips, Holy Spirit, Sr. – Had 60 goals, 17 assists … Will enter the Marine Corps.
Jake Schneider, Ocean City, Sr. – Helped Red Raiders win SJ Group 3 championship … Had 44 goals, 48 assists … Committed to Cabrini.
Matt Vanaman, St. Augustine, Jr. – USA Lacrosse All-American … Helped Hermits reach Non-Pubic A semifinals … Had 29 goals, 26 assists … Committed to Robert Morris.

Tommy Batson, Haddonfield, Sr. –
Helped Haddons reach SJ Group 1 quarterfinals … Had 22 goals, 16 assists … Attending Trinity to play lacrosse and football.
Luke Cole, Lenape, Sr. – USA Lacrosse All-American … Helped Indians reach Group 4 semifinals … Had 33 goals, 38 assists … Signed with Monmouth.
Ethan Krauss, Shawnee, Soph. – USA Lacrosse All-American … Helped Renegades reach SJ Group 3 final … Had 39 goals, 48 assists
Alex Kunicki, Washington Township, Jr. – Had 46 goals.
Brady Rauner, Ocean City, Sr. – Helped Red Raiders win SJ Group 3 championship … Had 33 goals, 19 assists … Committed to Cabrini.
