Four Hawks notched hat tricks as the Saint Joseph’s women’s lacrosse team cruised past Villanova, 16-9, at Villanova Stadium on Wednesday.
Bridget Cerciello (Southern Lehigh) led the way with five goals and two assists, while Lauren Figura (Lenape), Stephanie Kelly, and Sam McGee (Abington) netted three apiece.
Brittany Bruno and Kim McDonough each had two goals and two assists for the Wildcats.

Belle Mastropietro (Springfied-Delco) scored five goals and added an assist while Jen Rodzewich (Pennridge) had four goals to lead the Owls.
Delaware 17, Duquesne 8
Home cooking was just what the Blue Hens needed as Delaware picked up its first win of the season.
The victory was also the first for Amy Altig in her head coaching career.
Christine Long led Delaware with five goals while eight total Blue Hens collected at least one goal and 10 tallied at least a point on the day. Long finished the day with her 15th career hat trick and bypassed 100 career goals in the process.
Sarah Bedard and Mia DeRuggiero each added five points on two goals and three assists while Katie Caddigan posted four points on two goals and two assists.
James Madison 16, Penn State 6
Kacey Knobloch (Moorestown) had three goals and two assists and Rachel Matey (Archbishop Carroll) collected five draw controls and three caused turnovers while Ava Fratz (Moorestown) scored twice for JMU.
Lauren Craft scored twice while Olivia Dirks (Episcopal Academy) had a goal and three draw controls for the Lions.
Bryn Mawr 20, Rosemont 4
The Owls improved to 3-0 as Meghan O’Shea scored four goals and Rebecca Long added three while Isabel Shin had two goals and four assists.
Haverford 18, Albright 6
Julia Pascarella and Hailey Morris each had three goals and an assist for Haverford.
Immaculata 17, Delaware Valley 3
Layne Kennedy (Garnet Valley) scored nine goals while Maura Miller (Chichester) had three goals and three assists for the Mighty Macs.
Arcadia 13, Elizabethtown 10
Arcadia senior Julia Imbert (4G, 2A) scored her 100th career goal off of a free position shot in the second half to help the Knights take the victory over the Blue Jays Wednesday afternoon, 13-10. She led the Scarlet and Grey with four goals, followed by Shannon Ryan with two. Ryan also recorded her 200th career draw control in the effort.
Senior goalie Veandra Selby tallied 11 saves in the win, tallying a .524 save percentage.
Widener 17, Sewanee 8
Melanie Bert poured in eight goals and Gab Cohen (Mainland Regional-NJ) had four goals and an assist for Widener.
