Randy Staats scored two goals to break a 10-10 tie Friday night as the Georgia Swarm toppled the Philadelphia Wings, 12-11, in an NLL game before 6,679 at the Wells Fargo Center.
The Wings (5-3) had rallied from a 9-5 deficit to tie it, 10-10, on a goal by Matt Rambo (La Salle, Springside CHA assistant coach, 2G, 5A) with 5:56 to play.
Kevin Crowley (Fusion co-founder, Shipley assistant coach) had two goals and threre assists and Josh Currier (Princeton) had three goals and an assist while Travor Baptiste on 24 of 28 faceoffs for the Wings.
