From Press Release

West Chester University landed three players named on the 2020 Inside Lacrosse Women’s Division II Media All-America squad as it was announced on Tuesday.

Senior midfielder Devon Mela (ouncil Rock South) was named to the second team, while senior attacker Tatum Altman was named to the third team, and junior goalkeeper Julianne Clemens (Springfield Delco) received honorable mention.

Although the Golden Rams 2020 season was cut short, Mela was able to tally 10 goals, 11 points and cause three turnovers in just two games. Mela’s first year at West Chester, last spring, she helped lead the Golden Rams to the NCAA Division II National Championship Game.

Altman was named to the second team All-PSAC and IWLCA All-Atlantic Region last spring. This season the attacker scored eight goals and tallied five assists, for a total of 13 points for the 2020 season.

Clemens received honorable mention on this year’s media All-America squad. The junior goalie registered 12 saves and a .600 save percentage for the 2020 season. She authored a 4.47 goals against average and went 2-0 in junior year.
