Leagues
Winter Indoor Lacrosse Leagues at MSI Field House, Garnet Valley. Expanded field size and setup specifically around safe play guidelines
Field dimensions – 45 yards x 60 yards. Only two teams in the building
Team benches on each side of the field – easy to social distance
Game Play – 7 v 7 (6 field players and a goalie), Two players back
Boys – 2 long poles max
Modified goal size – 5′ x 5′
Two 20-minute halves
NO BODY CHECKING
Three Divisions (Boys and Girls) – High School, 7th/8th Grade, 5th/6th Grade
Six (6) teams MAX per division; 8 regular season games for each team; Playoffs for the top 4 teams in each division; Weeknights – 5:30, 6:30, 7:30 & 8:30 pm game times.
