Seneca Valley 2021 midfielder Gavin Galovich has made a verbal commitment to play Division II lacrosse at Mercyhurst University.

Why did you choose Mercyhurst University, Men’s D2? “I loved everything about the college. Especially the coaching staff. They treated everyone like family. That’s what made me want to go to Mercyhurst.”

Is there anything else you would like to share? “I would like to thank my parents for driving me to all my practices as a kid. Also I would like to thank my previous and current coaches for putting in the time and hard work to improve me as an athlete and person.”

What other colleges did you consider? Tampa University, Florida Atlantic University, and North Carolina University
