Saint John Paul II Academy (FL) 2020 goalie Wyatt McMeekin has made a commitment to play Division III lacrosse at Neumann University.

College committed to: Neumann University

Club team: Florida Elite Lacrosse, Florida Swashbucklers

Academic honors: President’s List, Youth vs Hunger, SADD ( Students Against Destructive Decisions) , and Lasallian Youth Club

Expected major: Psychology

Why did you choose Neumann? “I chose Neumann university because when I met the team I felt a family presence that once you’re a part of this team you’re a part of this family for life.”

Is there anything else you would like to share? “I want to thank my teammates for helping me better my game everyday and getting me to the level that I am at now, I want to thank my parents and coach Bolger for putting so much time, effort, and money into me; you have done so much for me that I cannot begin to repay all of the kind acts that you have shown and done for me. Thank you so much.”

What other colleges did you consider? Piedmont College and Huntingdon College
