Why did you choose North Carolina, Women’s D1? “I chose UNC because it has always felt like home. My dad played lacrosse there and is still a huge fan, I trend I see among a lot of alums. People say when you step on a campus and meet the girls, you know- you know where you belong. This year visiting schools was a little different, but while on other campuses I never got that feeling- the feeling I’ve always gotten when at UNC. I had a zoom with a few UNC players to ask questions and get a sense of their program. After that zoom I knew where I wanted to go. Those were the girls I wanted to play with, the coach I wanted to play for, and the school I wanted to attend.”

I’d also like to thank my coach, Colleen Magarity. She is the best role model I could have asked for. I would not have had the opportunities I did without her. She’s the best!”
