Our biggest challenges will be integrating nearly 20 freshmen into our culture and schemes and finding 1-2 new starters at each position who are not only ready to meet the challenge physically, but mentally as well. With a young group like this, there will be a lot of learning and the road will be bumpy at times, but I believe our seniors are the right young men to lead us to our goals.”
