.@BlackBearLC has spots open for 2020 club season

June 29, 2020 by Chris Goldberg

Black Bear Lacrosse Club has spots available on some of its summer 2020 club teams. With the cancellation of the spring season directors imagine there may be a few families that are looking to get their child the additional coaching and instruction they sadly lost in the spring as a result of COVID-19.

As it stands now Black Bear hopes to begin its “Non-Contact” Yellow Phase practice sessions as early as next week with the hope to get back to “Contact” Green Phase practice session by July 1st.

SPOTS AVAILABLE BY TEAM:

2025 (rising 8th graders): 3 Defense, Midfield 2, Att/Mid 1

2026/27 (rising 7th/6th graders): 1 Defense

2028 (rising 5th graders): 1-2 Defense, 1 Goalie

2029/2030 (rising 4th/3rd graders): There are 3 spots available. We do not assign positions to the kids at this grade level. Our focus is on exposing them to all areas of the field and developing their love for the game.

Black Bear coaches plan to practice 2-3 nights a week 6-8pm throughout the month of July and the last tournament for all teams has been rescheduled to August 1-2nd.

Parents that are interested in learning more can visit  www.blackbearlacrosse.com or email at blackbearlacrosseclub@gmail.com.
