Peter Milliman, Head Coach of Cornell Men’s Lacrosse, has announced the addition of 12 student-athletes to the roster in advance of the 2020 season. The talented incoming class features five U.S. Lacrosse High School All-Americans, three Under Armour All-Americans, one Boston Lax All-American and six all-state performers.

“We are very excited to welcome this group of young men to Ithaca, and I think we can expect them to add depth and competition at every position,” said Milliman.

The balanced group of newcomers features a variety of positional players, including four attackers, two midfielders, one long stick midfielder, one defensive midfielder, two defensemen, one face-off specialist, and one goalie. The group hails from five different states, as well as one player coming from Ontario.

Milliman and his staff enter the 2020 campaign looking to make their second NCAA Tournament appearance in the last three years after winning the Ivy League tournament championship and advancing to the NCAA Quarterfinals in 2018. The Big Red have also knocked off the top team in the national rankings in each of the past two seasons, defeating No. 1 Yale in 2018 and top-ranked Towson in 2019.
