There’s still time to register for the 27th Annual Philadelphia Lacrosse Association Golf Classic on Monday, October 28th at Whitemarsh Valley Country Club.
The event supports the PLA’s nonprofit mission to promote the game in the Philadelphia region. Proceeds from last year’s outing enabled the PLA to:
• Support the PIAA Public Lacrosse League and youth and middle programs in Philly;
• Provide a $10K grant to underwrite men’s and women’s club programs at Lincoln University;
• Sponsor the 6th Annual PLA High School Awards Banquet;
• Support the HEADstring Project;
• Host the PA Lacrosse Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony for the Class of 2019; and
• Conduct/sponsor high school and youth coaches’ clinics.
