Back for another year, Foundation Lacrosse is excited to open its 5-week (Saturdays) Fall Goalie Training program, now on the TURF at Episcopal Academy.
Come work with Foundation’s staff of current and former NCAA coaches and goalies as you knock off the rust from August and get ready to play at a new level this Fall when the Club schedule ramps up.
Led by UPenn’s Dave Page, these sessions will be fast-paced, challenging and fun while always focusing on building the base that makes high-level goalies great. Goalies will be broken up into groups by age/ability and pushed as they run through 120 minutes of stations, drills and competitions.
Highlights:
Sessions are capped at a max 4:1 ratio to ensure high reps and detailed coaching.
Led by Dave Page (UPenn) and his staff of college coaches, goalies and shooters
Fast-Paced, Closely Coached drills maximize results
Now on TURF with fully surrounded shooting nets
Location: Episcopal Academy Turf Field
Dates: Saturdays 9/12 through 10/12 (5 Sessions, 10 Hours)
