Springfield-Delco vs. Villa Maria Academy
Records: Springfield-Delco 19-6; Villa Maria Academy 24-1
How they got here: Springfield defeated York Catholic, 11-10; Villa Maria defeated Archbishop Carroll, 18-10
Head-to-head: Villa Maria defeated Springfield, 9-8, in the District 1 championship
Leagues: Springfield finished 8-3 in the Central League; Villa Maria won the Catholic Academies League title with a 14-0 record
Districts: Villa Maria defeated Springfield-Delco in finals, 9-8.
PIAA history: Springfield fell to Radnor, 14-7, in the 2010 final, Garnet Valley in the 2014 final (both one classification) and lost to Archbishop Carroll, 9-8, in the 2017 Class AAA final. Villa Maria defeated Kennard-Dale, 17-5, in the 2018 Class AA final
