Over 75 high school coaches attended today’s annual coaching clinic sponsored by PASLA (The Pennsylvania Area School Girls Lacrosse Association) and the PLA (Philadelphia Lacrosse Association) at Agnes Irwin School.
Four of the Big 5 College coaches each gave one hour presentations, provided drills and video analysis. Presentations were given by Bonnie Rosen/Temple, Jill Batcheller/Drexel, Kelsea Donnelly/Drexel, Melissa Lehman/UPenn and Katie Rhodes/La Salle.

Topics included Team Attacking Concepts, Shot and Save Drills, Draw Technique and Team Defense.
Recently opened box lacrosse and indoor turf facility Steel Yard Sports sponsored breakfast and Baby Blues Barbecue, Philadelphia catered a special barbecue lunch.
PASLA recognizes and represents high school girls lacrosse coaches in 140 schools in Eastern PA and Lehigh Valley. PASLA partners with US Lacrosse in facilitating the National Tournament selections, All-American and All-Academic Honors. PASLA also offers scholarships for camps and clinics, recognizes outstanding players with several PASLA Awards, an All PASLA Team, and a PASLA All-Academic Team.
