Kayla Frank scored on an 8-meter and finished with six goals as host Moorestown edged Georgetown Visitation today in a battle of girls’ lacrosse teams ranked among the Top 10 in the country.
The Quakers (2-0) – the No. 1 team in the Phillylacrosse.com Rankings – entered play as the No. 8 team in the Inside Lacrosse Power Rankings. Georgetown Visitation (4-1) was No. 4.
Frank scored the game-winner with 52 seconds left to play. Janey Galski added two goals and Sophia McHugh had a goal and an assist.
