Honoring the 2019 All-Phillylacrosse South Jersey Boys’ Team

We honor the 2019 All-Phillylacrosse Boys’ Team for South Jersey:

Player of the Year: Haddonfield senior midfielder and Cornell commit Aiden Blake, who led Haddons to South Jersey Group 1 semifinals with 56 goals, 23 assists, 97 groundballs.
Coach of the Year: Joe LaTorre, Ocean City, who guided the Red Raiders to their first appearance in the S.J. Group III semifinals. The team captured the CAL American Division title It was also the first time the Red Raiders beat out-of-state teams — Cape Henlopen (DE) and Holy Ghost Prep (PA).

Attack
Sean Beers, Gloucester Catholic, Sr. – Helped Rams finish 11-4 … Had 46 goals, 41 assists … Committed to Cabrini.
Mason Bregman, Lenape, Jr. – Helped Indians reach SJ Group 4 final … Had 47 goals, 36 assists.
David Burr, St. Augustine Prep, Jr. – Helped lead Hermits to Non-Pubic A semifinals … Had 44 goals, 23 assists.
Ben Cantwell, Moorestown, Sr. – Helped lead Quakers to South Jersey Group 3 championship … Had 37 goals, 31 assists … Signed with UMass.
Chris Lyons, Shawnee, Jr. – US Lacrosse All-American … Helped lead Renegades to South Jersey Group 3 finals … Had 68 goals and 34 assists … Committed to Yale.
Bryce Reece, Lenape, Sr. – Helped Indians reach SJ Group 4 finals … Had 52 goals, 22 assists … signed with Lenoir-Rhyne University
Mikey Vanaman, St. Augustine Prep, Sr. – US Lacrosse All-American … Helped lead Hermits to Non-Pubic A semifinals … Had 41 goals, 33 assists … Signed with Wagner.
Gavyn Wilson, Shawnee, Sr. – Helped lead Renegades to SJ Group 3 final … Had 45 goals, 29 assists … Signed with NJIT.

Midfield
Aiden Blake, Haddonfield, Sr. – US Lacrosse All-American … Helped lead Haddons to South Jersey Group 1 semifinals … Had 56 goals, 23 assists, 97 groundballs … Committed to Cornell.
Gaurav Dravida, Cherokee, Sr. – Helped lead Chiefs to SJ Group 4 semifinals … Had 62 goals, 28 assists … Committed to Amherst.
GianLuca Lockhart, Washington Township, Jr. – Had 43 goals, 24 assists … Committed to Cabrini.
Shane Knobloch, Moorestown, Jr. – US Lacrosse All-American … Helped lead Quakers to South Jersey Group 3 championship … Had 37 goals, 16 assists … Committed to Rutgers.
Noam Levy-Smith, Ocean City, Jr. – Helped lead OC to South Jersey Group 3 semifinals … Had 49 goals.
Connor McDonough, Moorestown, Jr. – Helped lead Quakers to South Jersey Group 3 championship … Had 27 goals … Committed to Towson.

Faceoff
Billy Kroeger, Ocean City, Sr. – Helped lead OC to South Jersey Group 3 semifinals … Won 77 percent of his faceoffs (301 wins, 156 groundballs) and had 7 goals, 12 assists … Signed with NJIT.

LSM
Brandon Gibson, St. Augustine Prep, Sr. – US Lacrosse All-American… Helped lead Hermits to Non-Public A semifinals … Committed to Army.

Defense
Mitch McEntee, St. Augustine Prep, Sr. – Helped lead Hermits to Non-Pubic A semifinals … Committed to Army.
Nick Gubitosi, Moorestown, Jr. – Helped lead Quakers to SJ Group 3 championship.
Pat O’Hanlon, Shawnee, Sr. – Helped lead Renegades to SJ Group 3 final …
Dylan O’Mara, Cherokee, Sr. – Had 92 groundballs … Committed to Washington College.
