Harriton has named former Syracuse player Jeff Desko as head boys’ lacrosse coach.
Desko, the nephew of Syracuse coach John Desko, played four years for the Orange and was a member of three league champions (Big East and ACC) and an NCAA runner-up team in 2013.
Desko was an assistant coach last year at Becker College and has coached with the Laxachusetts Club program, Concord-Carlisle Youth Lacrosse and Red Tail Lacrosse. He has also coached at both Marlborough High School and Framingham High School.
Prior to playing for the Orange, Desko played for Central Mass powerhouse St. John’s Shrewsbury where he was a four-year Varsity player, team captain and All-American.
