ConnectLAX’s interactive video library allows players to tag their teammates in great plays and for their coaches to tag important plays for teaching. Soon, tagged plays can be up / down voted, bringing the best plays across each event and the entire summer to the top. These tools streamline the highlight video building process for players.

Clubs already use the video library to organize their film in one place for families and even share it with college coaches with the roster below. So when a player messages a college coach and they like the highlight video (included for every player), they can see film of that players’ team and easily recruit the entire roster.

“We know coaches want to see video when the players reach out, now players can start their highlight video with some of their best plays already found.” says Gage Mersereau of ConnectLAX. For example, as a goalie watches film to find their best saves, they can tag goals, assists, face-off / draw controls, and more by their teammates, saving them time.

In addition, this will allow event partners to discover top plays from their participating teams and players and amplify the content in the social feed of teams and events.
