Registration is open for PA Roughriders’ second tryout on August 12 (with new times from original posting).

“Our focus is on the universal development, and improvement of our players. We provide a healthy and fun, learning environment, while also encouraging competitiveness and teamwork. Check out some of the great amenities that we provide!
COMPETITION: A year round club program playing at the highest levels of competition including a Fall program consisting of 4 Sunday Practices and 2 tournaments. We’ll also have optional Winter Training available, as well as League play in the Mid Atlantic Lacrosse League on Sundays during the spring, and 4 Summer Tournaments (most local, at least one travel ).
COACHING: Great adult coaches who’ve played at great schools like UVA, Notre Dame, Cornell, Drexel, Towson, Air Force and more. Assistant Coaches who are current players at schools like UVA, Hopkins, St. Joe’s, Villanova
SWAG: Look good, play good! The Roughriders offer a top of the line gear package to all of the players (built into the price). Last year included UA sweat tops & bottoms, 2 UA tech tee’s, UA pinnie (for new guys), 2 pairs of UA shorts, and 2 pairs of UA socks.
RELATIONSHIP: Work closely with the Maryland Roughriders to create events and playing opportunities
At the High School level, teams will compete in the month of November at the top tournaments along with a handful of practices. Once the high school seasons conclude teams will practice two times a week heading into a competitive summer schedule with 4-5 tournaments
The Pennsylvania Roughrider Youth teams can expect nothing but the best in coaching, fundamental-based practices, clinics, and ample amount of field time throughout the entire year. Teams will practice 4-5 times in the fall months and compete in 2-3 tournaments. As 2017 gets underway teams will compete in the Mid Atlantic Lacrosse League in the Spring months. The summer season will consist of 4-5 tournaments in the area with 1-2 travel tournaments. The Roughrider lacrosse club is providing a full commitment curriculum come spring time to meet the needs of the players and maximize their development both individually and as a team.
