Professional Staff: Elite experience and qualifications.

Stick handling will improve: More touches in a confined environment! You will be forced to move your feet with and without ball (off ball movement), run through checks and getting the ball out of your stick quickly. Plus, you’re shooting on a 4×4 goal and not a 6×6 so your shooting accuracy will improve.

Goalies will see more shots which will work on reaction time and hand-eye-coordination. Your angle play will improve when you move outdoors!

Improve Defense: Everyone plays with short poles. No more relying on your long pole. You will be forced to use good body position, footwork and angles. You will have accelerated opportunities to pick up loose balls and push transition.

Get in shape/Have Fun!: Ball hardly goes out of bounds. Tight space makes everything speed up. Lots of Transition! Everyone will run the floor and be forced to make quick decisions in tight spots. Get ready to move!
