From Press Release

Play Fast training by NXT Sports is starting this weekend through the winter being held at Main Line Sports Center in Berwyn. The girls Play Fast is being run by Candace Bossell and Jessi Martin.

About Play Fast Training
This four-week Play Fast Training is NXT’s fundamental-level program for girls who want to fine-tune their skills and elevate their game. Our professional, high-level coaches work directly with players through our carefully-designed Play Fast curriculum to challenge all skill levels.

Play Fast is designed to maximize quality reps, which is why there’s an 8-to-1 player-to-coach ratio. Players go through four 90-minute weekly sessions of fast-paced, high-energy drills, short lines and lots of small-sided games!

Bossell and Martin Both are former NCAA DI Coaches serving alongside one another while at La Salle University and former NCAA DI athletes with prolific playing careers.

Bossell earned Coach and Staff of the Year Awards for the Atlantic Ten Conference twice, produced national statistical leaders, and had Conference Rookies of the Year. She is the All-time Winningest Coach at La Salle.

They have had impressive playing careers, as Martin was a HS All American who went on to become a Penn State University All-American and three-time Tewaaraton nominee and finally, a member of the United States National Team. Bossell was among the few in the country to be an NCAA DI two-sport scholarship athlete while at The Ohio State University competing for two nationally ranked squads, field hockey and lacrosse.

Lastly, Martin and Bossell are both Philly natives and Central League products! Martin is a Radnor grad and Bossell is a Haverford High grad, so they truly understand how competitive the region is and the innate desire among those in our community to be the best.
