Registration is open for the Ascension Lacrosse Shooting Academy on Dec. 22 at the Starfinder Indoor Turf Field in Philadelphia.
The event is for boys in the classes of 2019 through 2022 (high school) and 2023 through 2026 (middle school) and runs from 10 a.m. to noon.
Price is $75.

The event features two hours of Shooting & Dodging instruction with a high volume of repetitions. Player shot speed and swing speed will be measured and Coaches Cam video analysis will be used used.
Curriculum includes: Shooting mechanics/Release points/Time & Room/On the Run/Changing planes/Hitching/Out of the dodge/ Around Defender and more.
The instructions will come from the Ascension Staff, including featured instructors: Chris Cloutier, Dox Aiken, and Grant Ament.
