Both Penn*Lax teams were 3-0 after the first day of competition Saturday at the NorthEast Regional Box Lacrosse Tournament at XL SportsWorld in Hatfield.
Penn*Lax Gold (top seed) and Penn*Lax Platinum (No. 2 seed) have semifinal games today at 2 p.m. Penn*Lax Gold will meet Tri-State (1-2) and Penn*Lax Platinum faces O2 (2-1). The winners meet for the title at 4:40 p.m.
In the JV Division, Superstar JVA and Tri-State are 2-0 after one day of play.
Champions also will be crowned today in Middle School AA and the 3rd/4th Division.
In 7th/8th A, Superstar 2024 won the title with a 6-1 triumph over Penn*Lax 2024 Rise.
Team 91 rolled to the 5th/6th AA championship with an 11-2 win over Superstar 2025 and 91 Spallina won the 5th/6th A crown with a 5-2 win over Team 11 2025. In 3rd/4th,
