Marple Newtown Youth Lacrosse claims two SEPYLA championships

For the first time in the program’s history, Marple Newtown Youth Lacrosse claims SEPYLA championships in the top brackets of both the 7th/8th grade and 5th/6th divisions. The organization would like to “congratulate both the A1 Elite and B1 teams for outstanding seasons, their coaches for their dedication and time, and the MN lax family for all their support.”

Special thanks goes out to the founder of MNYL John Kirk, for all his hard work in guiding the program to where it is today.

The A1 Elite team defeated a tough undefeated Wissahickon team from the North division 10-7 while the B1 team beat Springfield 9-5 in the championship games.
