Moorestown (N.J.) 2020 midfielder Shane Knobloch has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Rutgers University.

Shane Knobloch profile:

Shane Knobloch

Why did you choose Rutgers? “I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to play at a school in the BIG 10 on the biggest stage. I loved the big school feel and the fact that everyday you can meet new people at Rutgers. Rutgers had by far the best facilities out of any school that I visited, and they will only get better by the time I am there. Rutgers is a top 60 school academically in the world, there is not much better than that. On top of all this, there is Coach Brecht. Brian Brecht is the type of coach that you want to play and win for, and that is what I look for in a coach.”
