La Salle 2019 midfielder/face-off specialist Connor Helm has committed to play Division III lacrosse at Franklin and Marshall College.

Why did you choose F&M? “Academically, it was a great fit for me, and will provide lots of opportunities for the future. Athletically, the lacrosse program is one of the best in the country and when I sat down and talked with Coach (Todd) Cavallaro, I knew this was the place I wanted to be.”
