Central Bucks East 2019 goalie Liam Rosenthal has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Robert Morris University.
Liam Rosenthal profile:

High school: Central Bucks East
Grad year: 2019
Position: Goalie
College committed to: Robert Morris University
Club team: Leading Edge Elite
Lacrosse honors: 2nd Team All Suburban One, All Intelligencer team, Penn Select, Sweetlax Invitational All-Star, Maverick Showtime, Invited to Nike Blue Chip
Academic honors: Distinguished and High honors every quarter of middle and high school, NJHS and Spanish Honor Society
Expected major: Engineering
Why did you choose Robert Morris? “It was a great fit for me academically, socially and athletically. RMU offers an integrated program; when completed it would give me a BS in engineering and an MBA in five years.”
HS team’s 2018 outlook: “Our goal at East is always to win the state championship. We came close last year, and we feel like we’ll be right there again this year. We lost some really good seniors from last years squad, but we have a lot of good young players that are going to have to step up.”
Thank You: “I’d like to thank my parents, and my sister Sarah for their support over the years. I’d like to thank my club coach, Chris Roy, for his support and guidance throughout the process. I’d also like to thank my high school coach Bruce Garcia as well as Coach Gray, Coach Vetter, Coach Mithoefer, Coach Brodzik and Coach Brown. I’d like to thank all my teammates past and present; my youth coaches, Anthony Ventresca, and my father, and finally I’d like to thank all the goalie coaches that have helped shape my game over the years, especially Eric Gregg, Niko Amato and Austin Kaut.”
Other schools considered: Lehigh, Villanova, Army, Navy and Brown
