Honoring the 2017 All-Phillylacrosse.com South Jersey Girls’ squad

We honor the 2017 All-Phillylacrosse.com Girls’ Team for South Jersey:

Players of the Year:

Eastern was the South Jersey Group 4 champion, featuring Coach of the Year Katie Lee (back, in cap), and All-South Jersey picks goalie Cooper Cowdin (front, white tee-shirt) and Keala Sierra (red-white and blue head band)

Moorestown senior midfielder and US Lacrosse All-American Quinn Nicolai, who led the Quakers to the South Jersey Group 3 title with 60 goal and 28 assists.
Lawrenceville School senior midfielder and US Lacrosse All-American Chloe Jones, who had 55 goals and helped lead the Big Red to 20-2 season and the Non-Public finals.

Coach of the Year: Eastern’s Katie Lee, who led the Vikings to the South Jersey Group 4 title and a berth in the state finals.

Gabryelle Bodine, Cherokee, Jr. – US Lacrosse All-American … Had 82 goals … Signed with Butler.
Kasey Diodati, Clearview Regional, Sr. – Helped lead Pioneers to SH Group 4 semifinals … Had 40 goals …. Playing at Butler.
Gab Fornia, Lenape, Sr. – US Lacrosse All-American … Helped lead Indians to SJ Group 4 finals … Had 51 goals and 32 assists … Playing at Vanderbilt.
Kacey Knobloch, Moorestown, Jr. – Helped lead Moorestown to South Jersey Group 3 championship and National ranking … Had 46 goals … Signed with James Madison.
Robin Panzarella, Moorestown, Jr. – US Lacrosse All-American … Helped lead Moorestown to South Jersey Group 3 championship and National ranking … Committed to Penn.
Kaela Sierra, Eastern, Sr. – Helped lead Eastern to South Jersey Group 4 championship and State finals … Had 47 goals … Playing at Stony Brook.

Midfielders
Molly Baechler, Shawnee, Sr. – US Lacrosse Academic All-American … Had 55 goals … Playing at Michigan.
Carlee Braverman, Lenape, Sr. – US Lacrosse All-Americans … Helped lead Lenape to South Jersey Group 4 finals … Had 57 goals … Playing at Duquesne.
Erin Donoghue, Lenape, Sr. – US Lacrosse All-American … Helped lead Indians to SJ Group 4 finals … Had 51 goals … Will play at George Mason.
Reilly Fletcher, Lawrenceville School, Sr. – US Lacrosse All-American … Helped lead Lawrenceville School to 20-2 season and Non-Public finals … Had 64 goals and 28 assists … Will play at Boston University.
Chloe Jones, Lawrenceville School, Sr. – US Lacrosse All-American … Helped lead Lawrenceville School to 20-2 season and Non-Public finals … Had 55 goals and 23 assists … Playing at Virginia.
Erin Kerstetter, Seneca, Sr. – US Lacrosse All-American … Helped lead Indians to SJ Group 3 finals … Had 49 goals … Playing at Wagner.
Quinn Nicolai, Moorestown, Sr. – US Lacrosse All-American … Helped lead Quakers to SJ Group 3 title … Had 60 goals and 28 assists… Playing at Penn State.
Bridget Ruskey, Middle Township, Sr. – US Lacrosse All-American … Helped lead Middle Township to South Jersey Group 1 championship and state finals … Had 105 goals, 31 assists, and set state record for goals with 485 … Playing at La Salle.

Defenders
Nicki Dadino, Moorestown, Sr. – US Lacrosse All-American … Helped lead Moorestown to South Jersey Group 3 championship and National ranking … Playing at Vanderbilt.
Avery Sweeney, Rancocas Valley, Sr. – US Lacrosse All-American … Helped lead RV to Central Jersey Group 4 championship … Scored 26 goals … Playing at College of New Jersey.

Cooper Cowdin, Eastern, Sr. – Helped lead Eastern to South Jersey Group 4 championship and State finals … Had 12-4 record and 111 saves … Playing at Central Connecticut State.
