From Press Release

Dynamic Sports Management announced today that Matt Chandik will join the company to help streamline and expand its marketing outreach as the Media and Communications Director. Chandik brings more than a decade of communications experience to DSM, most notably a three-year stint at NXTsports and three years as a sports writer at the Delaware County Daily Times. Chandik also has been a freelance writer the past year with Phillylacrosse.com, owned by Lacrosse Media, LLC.

Chandik will be tasked with overseeing all communications and media needs for DSM, including social media, content marketing, live event coverage, photography, promotion for DSM’s events and athletes, as well as promotion for the National Lacrosse Federation’s events and athletes. He will be on-site at all DSM high school tournaments and recruiting events, in addition to all NLF events.

“Joining the team at Dynamic Sports was a no-brainer for me,” Chandik said. “It’s a top-notch company that’s focused on delivering the best experience for its stakeholders, and the emphasis on adding more of a marketing and communications presence was a huge plus for me. I’m looking forward to working with this outstanding team.”

Chandik spent three years at NXT, where he was the Digital Content and Social Media Manager and helped dramatically overhaul NXT’s communications and social media. In the past year, his work has appeared in Recruiting Rundown, Inside Lacrosse, Phillylacrosse.com, Top Lax Recruits and the HEADstrong Foundation. He also coaches varsity hockey at Strath Haven High School in Wallingford, Pa, and under his tutelage, the Panthers have put together their two best seasons in the past decade.

“We had seen Matt’s work before and thought he’d be a perfect fit for us to help revolutionize our marketing and communications,” DSM co-founder and co-president Sean Chamberlain said. “He has a creative mind and brings a ton of great ideas to the table, which will help us increase the visibility of our athletes, clubs and events.”

Chandik can be reached at chandik@dynamicsportsmanagement.com and on Twitter @MChandik26.
