Black Bear Lacrosse Club is proud to announce that Former NCAA Division II Davis & Elkins College Head Coach and Current Eastern University Men’s Lacrosse Offensive Coordinator Matthew Justice has been hired as the offensive assistant coach and Co-Recruiting Coordinator for the Black Bear 2021 Team.

“Matt is going to be a great fit with our club he exemplifies the values and characteristics we look for in all our coaches,” said Black Bear Co-Owner/Director Bryan Churchey. “Matt is a young, enthusiastic, and bright young man that simplifies, breaks down, and explains offensive situations with players extremely well. In talking with Coach (Joe) Reynolds (Marymount Head Coach) and Coach (Kevin) Wallace (Eastern Head Coach) they identified Matt as someone who loves teaching kids, interacting with players, and is passionate about his opportunities to mold the next generation. Its a perfect fit, he’ll get to coach these guys throughout the rest of their high school careers and help our families identify the best academic/athletic fits for their future.”
