The Duke’s Twist-Division plans to continue to run its team clinics, practices and evaluation sessions in Radnor, PA area at Cabrini University, as well as being part of the many Duke’s specific clinics, seminars, showcase and tournament offerings.

“We are really thrilled about the collaboration with the Duke’s Lacrosse Program,” said Twist Director Greg Flego. “The Duke’s Lacrosse Club, led by Ebe Helm, has been, and continues to be a national benchmark for excellence. Their long-standing position as one of the most elite and respected clubs nationally has us very excited to be able to offer our players and families the mindset, insight, and national connectivity that is now paramount for any aspiring, college bound student athlete.”

Duke’s President Helm echoed the excitement surrounding this Merger by saying, “We’re excited to have Twist club organization joining Duke’s Lacrosse Club. The stellar reputation of their club and their high-level coaches like coach Flego and coach (Jack) Devlin will be welcome additions to the Duke’s family.”

Helm added that the Twist Division will serve as a Regional Program under the Duke’s Umbrella of Programs and their Mission statement will be to grow their Bucks County region bigger and push growth North into Central PA and wider west into Lancaster and York Counties.

“They will offer their best players the opportunity at the youth level to compete on Duke’s Nationals and at the high school age to compete for Duke’s Elite High School,” he said. “Coach Flego is tremendously respected for his organizational capabilities, marketing and for having a pulse on the lacrosse landscape as he continues to grow and create unique cutting edge communications.”

Flego said the agreement will allow Twist Division to grow: “As the sport continues to explode and breed new and emerging hotbeds across the country, we see clearly the benefits of consolidating our efforts here to continue to be part of the elite Philadelphia and national lacrosse club scene. We look forward to being part of a strategic club evolution and growth of the Philadelphia elite tournament opportunities.”

Duke’s–Twist Division will be holding its player evaluation sessions beginning on Sunday, September 10th 5pm-9pm at Cabrini University.
