Penn*Lax Platinum dominated the first day of competition Friday in the High School AA Division at the USBoxla Mid-Atlantic Regionals at the XL Sports World in Hatfield.
Penn*Star Platinum won its three games by a 30-4 total and will meet SuperStar in the semifinals at 6:10 p.m. O2 National Box will meet Blue Star Fusion in the other semifinal matchup.
In the HS A Division, Penn*Lax Silver is 3-0 and will face Force tonight at 6:10 in its last round robin game. The semifinals are slated for 8:10 p.m.
In the Middle School AA Division, O2 National Box and Penn*Lax Advance are both 2-0 and atop the standings while Team11 and FusionVA Blue are leading in the Middle School A Division with 2-0 records.
Champions also will be crowned today in the Grade 5/6 AA and 5/6 A and 3/4 divisions.
