Perkiomen Valley 2017 midfielder Shawn Coulter has committed to play Division III lacrosse at Stevens Tech.

Position: Midfielder

College Committed to: Stevens Institute of Technology

Club affiliations: Dukes Lacrosse Club, Freedom Lacrosse Club, Man Up LC

Lacrosse Honors: 1st Team All PAC 10, 1st Team All Area, Two-time recipient of Michael Hirsh Player Award, 2016 highest scoring PAC 10 midfielder.

Academic Honors: Distinguished Honors 2014 to present

What will you major in/study? Engineering

Why did you choose the school? “Stevens has an absolutely stellar engineering program with countless job opportunities as a result of its close proximity to Manhattan.”

HS team’s outlook for 2017 season? “We return a powerful contingent of seniors along with hungry underclassmen looking to make a statement. When everything comes together, our team is going to be a dangerous competitor.”
