Why did you choose St. Joe’s? “As I was beginning to look at colleges, my main focus was to find a school that would provide a great education and an awesome athletic opportunity. When I visited St. Joe’s, I was so excited to learn about the academic opportunities at the University, the growing LAX program and energy Coach (Alex) Kahoe, Coach Colleen (Dawson), and Coach Becky (Lynch) have to the program. They are bringing lots of experience to the program and I’m excited to play for them.

“I had the opportunity to connect with a few girls on the team and spend time on campus; this helped me realize that this school is a perfect fit for me. Also, the location of this school is great. I will have the opportunity to experience the city life, come home when I need to and my family will also have the opportunity to come and see me play.”

Thank You: “I would like to thank my coach and recruiter, Brooke Fritz, for all the help she gave me on and off the field during this process. Brooke is an outstanding coach and she continuously gives me feedback on how to better my game. Brooke has taught me more about the game and pushes me to be my best. She has helped me find the school I am extremely happy with.

“My family has also been a huge help in this process. They drove me to tournaments, college visits, and prospects days; all to make sure I was able to find the school that was right for me. A school where they believed I can succeed academically and athletically. Not only did my parents take care of me, but my grandparents and family friends took care of things at the house and my siblings when my parents and I were away. My Mom and Dad have been so amazing during this process, I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them and their support.:

Other schools considered: Duquesne, La Salle
