Registration is open for the 2017 Pennsylvania Roughriders team tryouts for age classes 2017 and 2019-24 at two Chester County sites.
The tryouts will be held at these times and sites:
August 21, 28, at Robert E. Lambert Park in West Goshen Township and Malvern Prep.
at Robert E. Lambert Park- 2025 & 2026: 9a-10:30a; 2024: 11a-1p; 2023: 1:30p – 3:30p; 2022: 4-6p
at Malvern Prep (Field 1) -2021: 12p-2p; 2020: 2p-4p; 2019 & 2018: 4-6p
August 28th:
at Robert E. Lambert Park -2025 & 2026: 9a-10:30a; 2024: 11a-1p; 2023: 1:30p – 3:30p; 2022: 4-6p
at Malvern Prep – 2021: 12p-2p, on TURF; 2020: 12p-2p, on Father Flynn Field; 2019 & 2018: 2p-4p, on TURF

The Roughriders provide a year round club program playing at the highest levels of competition including a Fall program consisting of 4 Sunday Practices and 2 tournaments. We’ll also have optional Winter Training available, as well as League play in the Mid Atlantic Lacrosse League on Sundays during the spring, and 4 Summer Tournaments (most local, at least one travel ).

At the High School level, teams will compete in the month of November at the top tournaments along with a handful of practices. Once the high school seasons conclude teams will practice two times a week heading into a competitive summer schedule with 4-5 tournaments.
The Pennsylvania Roughrider Youth teams can expect nothing but the best in coaching, fundamental-based practices, clinics, and ample amount of field time throughout the entire year. Teams will practice 4-5 times in the fall months and compete in 2-3 tournaments. As 2017 gets underway teams will compete in the Mid Atlantic Lacrosse League in the Spring months. The summer season will consist of 4-5 tournaments in the area with 1-2 travel tournaments.
